Project Description

A one of a kind student housing project in Austin, Texas. Featuring large open common spaces and resort-like amenities: Equinox-style fitness club, cardio suite with Peloton bikes, yoga studio, hot & cold hydrotherapy pools, rooftop pool, etc.

Our Role

We consulted with the owners and the design team to help fine tune the design - a truly collaborative effort. We created renderings and animations of many of the key spaces to help with pre-leasing.
