FOOD ALLEY
17-Resturant Outdoor Food Court & Housing Project
Client Sapa Investments
Architect MJSA
Location Salt Lake City, Utah
Description:
Inspired by the streets of Japan, our Food Alley symbolizes a world community where locally-owned restaurants and shops can bring international food, culture and experiences to Salt Lake City. The architectural design and layout of the Food Alley is conducive to the look and feel of what you can expect when wandering down a narrow alleyway lined with restaurants and shops.
Our Role:
We were tasked to create a very active environment with the feel of a robust night life. Most of the details of the space had not yet been designed, allowing us to have a little fun with this project. The tight space and many windows was both challenging and fun as we activated the scene.
